Flooring covers every square foot of your home, sets the tone of every room and takes more wear than any other finish. Choosing the right material — and installing it on a properly prepared subfloor — is what separates a floor that lasts fifteen years from one that creaks in two.
We supply and install the three flooring types that perform best in Singapore homes: SPC vinyl (waterproof, quiet, fast to install), laminate (warm look, hard-wearing surface) and tiles (cool, durable, zero-maintenance). We will tell you honestly which suits your rooms, lifestyle and budget.
Overlay installation — laying new flooring over existing tiles — can save significant hacking cost and is often possible with vinyl and laminate. We assess floor levels and door clearances on-site before recommending it.

FAQ
Flooring — common questions
Vinyl (SPC) is fully waterproof and quieter underfoot, making it the safer all-rounder, especially near kitchens and bathrooms. Laminate offers a warmer, more textured look for bedrooms and living areas. We will show you samples of both.
Often, yes. Vinyl and laminate can usually be overlaid on existing tiles if levels and door clearances allow. We confirm during the free site assessment.
A typical HDB flat can be completed in 1–3 days for overlay vinyl. Jobs requiring subfloor preparation or tiling take longer — we will give you an exact schedule with your quote.
